From the NORTH (Concord Area)
- Take Route 93 South into Manchester
- Pass Macy's on your right
- Exit the highway and bear right onto Rt. 101 and 114 heading West
- Move into to the left lane; the road ends at the intersection of Rte. 101 and 114
- At the lights at the intersection of 101 and 114, take a left
- Continue straight through two sets of lights
- After second light, you will see a Mobil station on the right followed by a blinking yellow light

- Travel beneath the blinking yellow and on your left you will see a small mall marked "Village Shops of Bedford"
- Turn left at the Village Shops and immediately left again into the left side of the parking lot
- The Adams building will be on your right
- My Trainer's Closet is located in the Adam's building on the second floor above the Bedford Dance studio on the right.

From the WEST (Western MA)
- Take Route 90 to Rte. 290 North through Worcester
- Continue to Rte. 495 North to Rte. 3 through Nashua
- Remain on Rte. 3 North through the tollbooth
- After tollbooth, take the second exit which is Rte. 101 West / Rte. 114 towards Goffstown
- You are now on Rte. 293
- Move into to the left lane; the road ends at the intersection of Rte. 101 and 114
- At the lights at the intersection of 101 and 114, take a left
- Continue straight through two sets of lights
- After second light, you will see a Mobil station on the right followed by a blinking yellow light
- Travel beneath the blinking yellow and on your left you will see a small mall marked "Village Shops of Bedford"
- Turn left at the Village Shops and immediately left again into the left side of the parking lot
- The Adams building will be on your right

- In New Hampshire, follow signs to Rte. 101 West and 293 South
- Continue to Rte. 101 West- the mall of New Hampshire will be on the left
- This is Rte. 293 North
- Move into to the left lane; the road ends at the intersection of Rte. 101 and 114
- At the lights at the intersection of 101 and 114, take a left
- Continue straight through two sets of lights
- After second light, you will see a Mobil station on the right followed by a blinking yellow light
- Travel beneath the blinking yellow and on your left you will see a small mall marked "Village Shops of Bedford"
